2nd open house 9/28/25 HAWAII CONDO–breathtaking AND affordable! Still available 9/20/25

I held an open house in Aiea, Oahu, Hawaii on 9/14/25.  “Open House”/s means the door is open to the public, and everyone is invited in, to take a look, in contemplation of purchase. The property is SO amazing I  want to continue the Sunday 9/14/25 open house by keeping the door open, so to speak, in my blog.

This condo checks all the boxes. What does this colloquialism–checks all the boxes– mean? One way of describing something inheriting is to list the object and beneath the object make a lunar of descriptive words about said object. When comparing two or more objects, readers may place a check mark next to each item they like on the lists. The object with the most check marks is the winner. Usually, an object people won’t like every single feature of the thing being described. However, if the item is exceptional, people may put a check mark next to every feature. Thus, the item fully meets their desires/needs and it  “checks all the boxes.”

It means , when you look at a list of adjectives used to describe som and you see something you like, you tend to put a check mark next to that item. When people say something “checks all the boxes,” they mean the item about which they speak, has so many desirable qualities, that if these qualities were put on paper,  there’d be a check mark next to every individual feature, thus, fully satisfying the speaker.
