Hawaii Home Secure is a newly developed app that allows the user to put in a Hawaii address and receive a rapid property evaluation regarding the risks of natural disasters AND alerts during times of weather watches and warnings.

Through this application, which is not the only app in the pipeline, she has developed for house hunters, homeowners, and real estate professionals, Lazarus brings together information from multiple authoritative sources to help users develop a deeper understanding of a specific address.

Her approach expands property research to include factors such as natural-hazard exposure, insurance considerations, education and school information, neighborhood conditions, property resilience, and hyper-local preparedness and safety planning.
