Tangee sells homes in Honolulu
Every Sunday I host an Open House for a property I would choose for myself. I stumbled upon some Facebook chat entitled Open House. I was given the option of posting my info and attaching a QR code to this info. Click on the QR code to find out what I will be up to Sunday.

Have you looked in the MLS and seen a listing, or two, or three, that would ve perfect for you. A large single family home. No HOA fees. Plenty of bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs. Large enough to have extended family stay with you, but not tight on yop of you. Perhaps you considered using the extra bedrooms to rent for a secondary income.
You either have yhe cash or you pre-approved for financing. You have the necessary paperwork.
You see the first open house is scheduled for this upcoming Sunday. You decide to be the first one there.
However, just day or two after the listing appears, it is gone. Somebody snapped it up.
J have the solution. As an agent, people tell me their intentions. I know a couple who will remain anonymous. They own their 6 bedroom home. No liens, all improvements were done with legal permits.
They want to retire to their country of origin. They have NOT listed the home. Yet…But they want to talk to serious buyers who can put their money where their mouth is, as we say on the mainland.
If you DO NOT have an agent, and you can afford a large single family home in Ewa Beach, I know about a property that is not public knowledge. Sign up with me and you can be the sole contender.

November 2025, I promoted this 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in Waikiki with STUNNING views of both the alawai canal and Diamond Head through floor to ceiling windows. Someone commented that you cannot really tell how incredible the unit is from the exterior of the building, and I would have to say that this is true. I would encourage anyone who is looking for an affordable condo to buy to call me at 8083674278, and I can take you there.. You can find some pictures within this post.
Look at the details, the decorations, furnishings, appliances. You get it all for your $360,000. And just $1100 in monthly fees, which is amazingly low. Fully Furnished, for real!

Any time I host an Open House in Honolulu, Hawaii, I am aware that whether I expressly say so or not, I am promoting the property. People trust me. I take my obligations seriously. Therefore, I think it only ethical to choose listings I would buy. If you see this blue sports car outside of a property on a Sunday afternoon, I am there and I am hosting an Open House. and giving it a thumbs up.
Check it out!

You see the above lettering? That’s the LINK to my Facebook page.
I use Facebook for different reasons in pursuit of a single goal. I take care of business on Facebook. I have a casual unofficial business selling household goods and art. My customers have all come from Facebook Marketplace.
I also use Facebook Marketplace to promote the sale of the open houses I host for agents with listings–while I am between listings. Every Sunday, I promote a property I would be happy to own. I announce the open house location on Friday or Saturday for the upcoming Sunday. I have been hosting open houses for two months. I will keep you apprised of the results for my real estste business. So far I have learned a lot. It is too early to tell if I have earned a client through these open houses. Facebook gives me a way to get the word out.
I did not always have a business. I worked for people. Facebook was a social connector. However, I found it depressing. Everyone’s life seemed more vibrant than mine. Even if I lied I doubt I could’ve matched the joy everyone else appeared to emit. No, I did not want to keep in touch in my late teens!
Maybe I was not keen on people getting to know me and my vulnerabilities. I did not want the cruelty that is par for the internet course. People love to say mean stuff and I have many visible flaws Oh no! I was going to get slammed. I decided no matter what people said that was hurtful, I would stay brave and believe that someone was inspired by ny bravery. Hint: I have less than perfect skin.
