I ponder this issue as I begin my new career in real estate: Do you remember growing old?

It just hits you very suddenly. That moment came for me in the most unexpected way: someone casually asked, “How old is your parent?” And then I did …

Do you remember growing old?

It is Never too Late

Sometimes I think I started this new real estate path too late. But what is too late? As long as we are still breathing, as long as we can do something, we are perfectly eligible you do it.

I look forward you sharing with you that I have gotten my first client, made my first sale. I feel like time is slipping away and I haven’t made any progress. But if someone reads these words, that is progress because it makes my connections a bit stronger, and that’s the thing you do in this business. Or so I think.

Are you thinking you’d like to reside in Hawaii but it seems like an impossible notion.? Please get in touch with me. My life has exceeded my expectations in many ways and I know I can find you a home that exceeds your expectations.

Heavy Equipment Operation + Hawaii Real Estate= new opportunities

Hi everyone, Tangee here, coming to you from Honolulu

As a brand new real estate agent I am finding it challenging to meet people who want me to represent them if they have property to sell or if they are would-be buyers. It’s the long standing problem of needing experience to be fully qualified for the job. But it is hard to get experience when few want a newbie with the ink still drying on my real estate license (so to speak, lol)

Solution-Unconventional approaches to real estate

There are properties that have issues. People shy away from these properties because they need work. How to get massive projects done at a reasonable rate? Who to ask? Better to just deal with a property that’s ready to go ,as is. Right?..?

Not necessarily …

I have a friend with a bulldozer. I asked him for a quick synopsis, a 30 second elevator pitch of what he can do. He said, and I quote:

  • Demolition land.
  • Lot clearing leveling lots filling and compacting.
  • House moving.
  • Leveling homes.
  • Making unbildsble lots into useable.
  • Road building to make access where there isn’t any.
  • Easement creation.
  • Construction of duplex, for example, on leveled land
  • AND MORE!

If you have a house that is little more than a tear down, we can work with that, if a property is sitting vacant (relatively rare), or is underutilized due to large necessary improvements, you could have a winner.

Tangee Sells Hawaii Homes

Honolulu property in need of Heavy Equipment Help? I’ve got a provider

Are necessary improvements scary?

I bet you have seen a property or two that needs major improvements before you could realistically think about buying it. Or, maybe you are the seller, but you are not selling your property because you need someone handy with a bulldozer. I have the solution. I know a service provider with his own bulldozer and other heavy equipment. He has the appropriate licenses. He can level an uneven patch of land. Create an easement. Haul away the left overs from a tear down. Call me, Tangee Lazarus (RS 87870), and we will all meet up and make the seemingly impossible not only possible,, but habitable, and ultimately, profitable!
