The above link is the most current version of the app I continue to develop.  I have the main purpose in place.  A user can enter their address, or a place name, like Kapiolani Hospital, and you get a simple, non technical report about the risks of natural disasters for that site and actionable  steps that can increase safety and maybe decrease insurance premiums.
